Information we collect
When you submit our contact or download forms we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the resources you requested, and — where you've expressed interest — follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email via our email provider. Scheduling happens through Calendly when you book a call. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We retain enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you, then delete them on request.
Client data
For analytics engagements, we work inside your environment and accounts wherever possible. We treat client business data as confidential, are happy to sign an NDA before seeing any data, and do not retain client data after an engagement ends.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing ceo@databi.pro.
